Prof. Dr. med. Reiner Wiest ist seit 2015 Chefarzt Gastroenterologie im Bauchzentrum des Inselspitals. Seine Forschung widmet sich insbesondere der Darmwand und den damit zusammenhängenden Mechanismen, die zu einer pathologischen bakteriellen Translokation bei Leberzirrhose führen können. Public opening event for the CAS Artificial Intelligence in Medical Imaging 2020

In an increasingly technological world, understanding the principles and extensive potential of Artificial Intelligence is key to explore its possibilities in the daily practice of Medical Imaging. For the second year, sitem-insel School offers its successful CAS course in Artificial Image in Medical Imaging by the University of Bern. As before, the program is initiated by a public symposium.

This year’s program focuses on the diverse aspects of Clinical Artificial Intelligence in Medical Imaging and sitem-insel School once again managed to invite accomplished, international scientific experts in their relevant fields who will present some of the latest developments in the field.
